Weddings & Events, Terms & Conditions, Fees, Deposits, Insurance
The following applies to all Weddings & Events:
- Because The BEALL MANSION is located on Millionaire's Row in a quiet, historic, residential area—weddings and events must conclude no later than 9:00 p.m.
- All adults, children, and toddlers 2 years of age and up (celebrants and attendees) are included in guest count.
- Events of 5 persons or more require a refundable security deposit and certificate of liability insurance.
- A facilities fee may apply (please inquire.)
- For Events that include food & beverage service see staffing requirements and pricing below.
- Tax and a 20% gratuity & service fee will be added to the Event total.
- Pricing subject to change without notice until Special Event Agreement is signed by the parties and non-refundable deposit received (applied towards the price of the event event) to secure your date and bind the agreement.
Reception Staffing Requirements
For events catered by The BEALL MANSION or The BEALL MANSION's caterer, staff is 195 USD each. Minimum staffing requirements are as follows:
- Cake & Coffee Receptions:
- 1 staff for up to each 25 guests
- Banquet Receptions
- Full Service Plated Meals (indoors): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
- Full Service Plated Meals (outdoors): 4 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
- Buffet Style (indoors or outdoors): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
- Hors d'oeuvre Receptions
- Butler Pass (indoors or outdoors): 4 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
- Buffet Style
(indoors or outdoors): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
