Best Alton, IL Wedding & Event Venue

Weddings & Events are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

• All adults, children, and toddlers 2 years of age and up (including celebrant(s), guest(s) of honor, couple, celebrants, wedding party, and guests) are included in guest count.
• Because The BEALL MANSION is located in a quiet, historic, residential area—events must conclude no later than 9:00 p.m.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice until Special Event Agreement is signed by the parties and deposit is received to bind the agreement and secure your date. Deposit will be applied to the price of the event.
• Events of 5 persons or more also require a separate, refundable, security deposit and certificate of liability insurance.
• Staff, applicable tax, and a 20% gratuity & service fee will be added to the Event total.

Reception Staffing Requirements

Reception staff will be provided by The BEALL at 195 USD each. Minimum staffing requirements are as follows:

• Cake & Coffee Reception:
  • 1 staff for up to each 25 guests
 
• Banquet Receptions
  • Full Service Plated Meals (indoors): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
  • Full Service Plated Meals (outdoors): 4 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
  • Buffet Style (indoors or outdoors): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
   
• Hors d'oeuvre Receptions
  • Butler Pass (indoors or outdoors): 4 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
  • Buffet Style (indoors or outdoors): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
