Best Alton, IL Wedding & Event Venue
Weddings & Events are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
- wedding couple, wedding party, and guests—including, adults, children, and toddlers 2 years of age and up—are included in guest count
- located in a quiet, historic, residential area, all events must conclude no later than 9:00 p.m.
- events of 5 persons or more—a refundable security deposit and certificate of liability insurance are required
- pricing is subject to change without notice until Special Event Agreement is signed by the parties and deposit received
- deposit to secure your date will be applied to the price of the event
- tax and 20% gratuity & service fee will be added to the Event total
Reception Staffing
Minimum staff requirements for Receptions are as follows:
- Cake & Coffee Receptions—staff at 95 USD each as follows:
- 1 staff for up to each 25 guests
- Banquet and Hors d'oeuvre Receptions—staff at 195 USD each as follows:
- Buffet Style (indoor or outdoor): 2 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
- Full Service Plated Meals (indoor): 3 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
- Full Service Plated Meals (outdoor): 4 staff for up to the first 25 guests—1 staff for up to each 25 guests thereafter
