CANCELLATION - A cancellation number MUST be obtained if you cancel or change dates of reservation. Svcs. or pkgs. provided by a 3rd party are non-refundable. Cancellation after 4:00 p.m. the date of arrival will be considered a no show.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS and SPECIAL EVENT DATES - Cancellation, change or modification of reservation penalty - 100 PCT of stay incl. tax. NO refunds/credits. Please request list before booking. All other dates as follows.
EVERY DAY RATE - cancel or change dates 13 or more days prior to sched. arv. to receive deposit refund less penalty - 35 USD per room.
