Corporate TravelThis Cancellation Policy is for travelers staying on a corporate rate only. All others please see Cancellation Policy for leisure travelers.
Because the cancellation policy may be more restrictive during special events or certain other dates, please inquire before you reserve. Generally our cancellation policy is as follows:
A cancellation number MUST be obtained to cancel or change the date(s) of your reservation. Cancel by 12:00 noon CT the day prior to scheduled arrival to receive a full refund less a $35 per room processing fee. After that date you will be charged one night's stay. No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation and all deposits and payments forfeited. NOTE: If paid for in part or entirety by gift certificate, barter, or as part of a special event agreement, the terms of that instrument shall govern.

BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY, REGARDLESS OF REASON OR CIRCUMSTANCE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDING TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
