Lindsay Smith has quit her 10 year profession of environmental education to overcome physical and mental challenges and further her knowledge in environmental education. Smith embarked on her journey June 9 from Philadelphia, PA and intends to reach Seattle, WA by mid-September after making a few stops along the way, including one in Fayetteville, AR to visit her brother. This is indeed an inspiring woman; wow, cycling cross country is a very lofty goal. I’m sure the inn is a great way to spend a few hours relaxing a tired body while getting properly fueled by a heart breakfast. Really good story.
