2nd Annual Alton Restaurant Week
Restaurants in the Alton area will be presenting restaurant week from January 18-27. So bring your appetite as participating restaurants offer up fixed price specials for lunch and dinner. A Day in Eagle Country
Bluff City Tours provides a full day of eagle and wildlife spotting on multiple days throughout January and February. The tour runs from 8: 30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will include transportation by motorcoach or trolley, tour guide, continental breakfast and lunch at Pere Marquette Lodge. Pickup will be at Alton Square Mall located at 200 Alton Square Mall Dr., Alton, IL. Admission and reservations required.

24th Annual Olde Alton Arts & Crafts Fair
You can treat others yourself for the upcoming holidays, with over 200 booths at the arts and crafts fair, there’s bound to be something for that person on your list. Crafters will be at Alton High School on Sat., Dec. 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sun., Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds from the fair benefit the instrumental music program in the Alton School District.
