The BEALL MANSION is on Millionaire's Row in the Middletown Historic District of the historic river town of Alton, Illinois.

Because we may be on another floor or about the grounds and unable to hear the doorbell—when you arrive please call from your cell phone and we will meet you at the door under the porte cochere (covering over the drive.)

Free off street parking is available behind the building. Free street parking is available in front of the property on E. 12th St., behind the property on 11th St., and alongside the property on George Street.

From St. Louis Lambert International Airport

1. Take I-70 East, to I-170, North 5 miles.
2. Bear right onto the on-ramp to I-270 heading East 5.5 miles.
3. Turn North on Route 367 (Lewis & Clark Blvd.) Follow Lewis & Clark Blvd 11 miles over two bridges until it dead ends into Landmark Blvd. (Note: Lewis & Clark Blvd changes from Route 367 to U.S. 67 at Lindbergh.)
4. Turn left (west) on Landmark Blvd two blocks to Henry Street.
5. Turn right (north or away from the river) on Henry Street to East 12th Street.
6. Turn left (west) on East 12th Street two blocks to 407. The BEALL MANSION is the last home in the second block on the left side of the street (on the southeast corner of East 12th and George.)

From Illinois I-55

1. Take the Hamel exit, Hwy 140 West "to Alton". (Note: Hwy 140 becomes College and College becomes 20th Street.)
2. From 20th Street turn left (south) on Alby eight blocks.
3. Turn left (east) on East 12th Street three blocks. The BEALL MANSION is located on the right (southeast corner) of East 12th and George.

From Downtown St. Louis, Missouri MO

1. Take the Poplar Street Bridge East into Illinois. Follow the signs to I-55.
2. Take I-55 to I-255 North.
3. Exit IL-143 left (west) through Wood River into Alton two blocks pat the Clark Bridge (at the Clark Bridge IL-143 becomes Landmarks Blvd./US-67.)
4. Turn right (north or away from the river) on Henry Street. Go 12 blocks to East 12th Street.
5. Turn left (west) on East 12th Street two blocks to 407. The BEALL MANSION is the last home in the second block on the left side of the street (on the southeast corner of East 12th and George.)
