Mid January through Mid March
10 AM to 4 PM when producing
Thirty minute to one hour tours where you will learn, see, smell, how maple trees are tapped and sap is collected turned into maple syrup. Free sampling. Syrup and other maple products also available for purchase. Since weather conditions determine sap runs, email Mason Hollow or call the Alton Visitor's Center at 1-800-ALTON-IL or Grafton's Visitor's Center at (618) 786-7000 for their daily schedule.
